To register an account and use 788rp services, you must meet ALL of the following eligibility criteria:
You must be at least 21 years of age. 788rp operates a strict age verification policy, and we reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Providing false age information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are subject to any legal disability or restriction that prevents you from entering into contracts, you may not use 788rp services.
You must be a resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing and using 788rp services. We employ geolocation technology to verify your location. Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other methods to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension.
You must not be prohibited from gambling under any applicable law, regulation, or court order. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 788rp services complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
Each Player is permitted to maintain only ONE account with 788rp. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts registered by the same individual, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit any funds or bonuses in those accounts.
By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set forth above. Failure to meet these requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
To use 788rp services, you must complete our registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You must use your real identity—registering under a false name or using someone else's identity is prohibited.
As part of our regulatory obligations and commitment to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling, 788rp requires all Players to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. You must submit a valid government-issued photo identification document such as your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or passport. We may also request additional documents such as proof of address or payment method verification.
Your account may have limited functionality (such as restricted withdrawal capability) until KYC verification is successfully completed. We reserve the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal or periodically as part of ongoing compliance reviews.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized that activity.

Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays in withdrawals or account verification.
788rp accepts deposits through various Indonesian payment methods including bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and other major Indonesian banks) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified for specific payment methods or promotional offers.
Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and your financial institution's processing procedures. 788rp does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own fees.
You may only deposit funds from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited and will result in funds being returned and potential account suspension.
You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to meeting all applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name matching your verified KYC identity.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes during Indonesian Western Time (WIB) business hours (08:00 - 22:00 WIB), though processing times may be longer during peak periods, weekends, or Indonesian public holidays. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and may take longer to process.
We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. All bonuses must meet their respective wagering requirements before funds can be withdrawn.
788rp maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with international standards. Deposits must be wagered at least one time before withdrawal. We reserve the right to refuse, delay, or investigate any transactions that we suspect may be related to money laundering or other illegal activities.
All transactions on 788rp are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). If you deposit funds in a different currency, they will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate, which may include a conversion fee charged by your payment provider.
788rp may offer various bonuses and promotions to Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. By claiming a bonus, you agree to abide by those specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are limited to one per Player, household, IP address, and payment method. Bonuses are intended for recreational Players only. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke bonuses from Players we suspect of bonus abuse.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements vary by bonus type and will be clearly stated in the bonus terms.
Different games contribute differently toward meeting wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100% of each bet toward requirements, while table games, live casino, and sports bets may contribute less (for example, 10-50% depending on the game type). When you have an active bonus (before completing wagering requirements), you may not exceed a maximum bet of Rp 50,000 per round/spin/hand or 10% of your bonus amount (whichever is lower). Exceeding this limit constitutes bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.
Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the bonus terms (typically 7-30 days depending on the bonus type). Unclaimed bonuses or bonuses that have not met wagering requirements within the validity period will be forfeited.
788rp reserves the right to revoke bonuses and void any associated winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonuses, collusion with other Players, or any other strategy intended to guarantee profit from bonuses. Such activity may also result in permanent account closure.
All bets placed on 788rp are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring your bet selections, stake amounts, and all bet details are correct before confirming your bet. We do not accept requests to cancel or modify bets after they have been confirmed, except in cases of obvious error on our part.
Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body, league, or game provider. In the case of togel games, results are based on official draw outcomes from the respective lottery operators.
Sports bets are settled according to the result at the end of regular time (unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules). Extra time, penalty shootouts, or other post-regulation outcomes are not included unless the market explicitly states otherwise.
If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned, unless the event is rescheduled and completed within a reasonable timeframe (typically 48 hours) or unless the market has already been determined (for example, a bet on "first goal scorer" where the goal has already occurred).
In the event of disputes or ambiguities in betting outcomes, 788rp's decision is final and binding.
All casino and slot games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and random outcomes. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is displayed in the game information and represents the theoretical long-term payout percentage.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error, the relevant game round will be voided and stakes returned. You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection when playing.
We reserve the right to impose maximum winning limits on certain games, bets, or promotions. Any such limits will be clearly stated in the relevant game rules or promotional terms. Winnings exceeding stated maximums will be adjusted accordingly.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 788rp platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban from 788rp services:
788rp reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and to cooperate with law enforcement authorities if we suspect illegal activity. We may freeze accounts and funds pending investigation and may report findings to relevant authorities.
While we strive to provide continuous access to our services, 788rp does not guarantee that the website or services will be available at all times or will operate without interruption or errors. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service downtime, whether due to maintenance, technical issues, DDoS attacks, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all odds, results, and game information displayed on 788rp are accurate. However, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such information. In the event of obvious errors in odds, results, or payouts, we reserve the right to correct such errors and void or adjust affected bets.
788rp integrates various third-party services including payment processors, game providers, and sports data feeds. We are not responsible for any errors, delays, or failures caused by these third-party services. Your use of such services may be subject to additional terms imposed by those third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 788rp's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount of your account balance at the time of the claim or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.
788rp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or close your account immediately without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited activities, or posed a risk to the integrity of our platform. Suspension may be temporary pending investigation or permanent depending on the severity of the violation.
In the event of account suspension or closure for breach of terms, we may forfeit your account balance and any pending winnings. However, if we close your account for reasons unrelated to breach of terms (for example, if we cease offering services in your jurisdiction), we will return your account balance minus any applicable fees.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance after deduction of applicable fees will be returned to you using your registered payment method. Please note that account closure does not release you from any obligations incurred before closure, including outstanding wagering requirements on bonuses.
If you are closing your account due to gambling-related concerns, we strongly encourage you to use our self-exclusion features instead. Accounts that remain inactive (no login or betting activity) for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. We may charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) to cover administrative costs. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fees are applied. To prevent your account from becoming dormant, simply log in at least once per year.
These Terms & Conditions and your use of 788rp services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming standards and the laws applicable to remote gaming operations, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.
